Late Saturday night, Southcentral Alaska and the Interior were shaken by a magnitude 5.2 earthquake that had its epicenter between Talkeetna and Cantwell.

It happened at 10:22 p.m. according to the Alaska Earthquake Center, it took place at a depth of 35.8 miles 45 miles south of Cantwell.

The entire area began to tremble.
